As your day-of-coordinator, my role focuses on ensuring your event runs smoothly and according to plan on Wedding day. Coordinator responsibilities are limited to overseeing the execution of the wedding.
Day-of-Coordination
Day-of-Coordination - Starting at $1,300
- 1 Hour in-person meeting
- initial consultation and contract signing
- 1 Hour In-person meeting
- 30 Days Prior to Wedding to finalize details
- Hours of service
- 1 hour rehearsal
- 12 hours day of wedding (includes cleanup time)

- Example: 10:00AM to 10:00 PM

- Create a timeline for the day of the wedding
- including vendor arrivals, Deliveries, and pickup times
- Point of contact for questions/concerns
- any last minute changes, issues, questions from Wedding party, guests, and vendors
- Manage wedding party
- Guide the wedding party through their roles and ensure everyone knows where they should be and when
- Wedding ceremony
- Arrange wedding party for the processional and the Recessional
- Wedding reception
- Work with DJ on Ques: Grande Entrance, Cake Cutting, toast(s), first dances, and any other special dances for the night
- Extra Hours outside of contract hours - will be billed after wedding date

Add-on Services
Fees are as follows

- On-Site Assistant Required if:
- guest count is over 150 - $300/1 assistant for 12 hours
- guest count is over 300 - $600/2 assistants for 12 hours
- Flipping team
- 2 assistants - $100/Assistant
- Bussing team is required if not provided by caterer from End of Dinner to Shut Down
- guest count over 150 - 2 - $200/hour
- Guest count over 300 - 4 - $400/hour
- Registry Table/head table/cake table - $50 for setup and tear down
- Table Decorations Only provided or rented by the couple

- Travel wedding - 45 miles outside of Lubbock city limits
